- Provide daily support & expertise to resolve technical and logistical issues involving the Products we represent, assisting in providing cohesive, accurate, and timely support.
- Assist Site Managers to ensure all objectives are met.
- Utilize advanced tools/principles in conducting job and locally support customers in achieving goal objectives.
- To work flexibly as needed to support customer schedules.
- Interface with local customers at all levels from senior leadership to young airmen.
- Continue to use self-initiative and judgment to identify problems, conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes and coordinate solutions between OEM’s and other Suppliers Engineering, Logistics Program Management, and associate contractors.
